1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using DrawChance ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and account holders.

2. Who can use DrawChance

You must be at least 18 years old to use DrawChance. By using the Service, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to close accounts that we believe belong to minors.

DrawChance is available worldwide, but it is your responsibility to ensure that using gambling-related probability tools is legal in your jurisdiction.

3. What DrawChance is (and isn't)

DrawChance provides mathematical probability tools, gambling math education, and simulation software for informational and educational purposes. Specifically:

• Tools show mathematical probability and expected value calculations based on the inputs you provide
• Results are mathematical estimates, not guarantees of any gambling outcome
• DrawChance does not facilitate actual gambling, wagering, or financial transactions involving gambling
• Nothing on DrawChance constitutes financial, legal, or gambling advice
• Simulation results are illustrative — real-world outcomes will differ

Gambling involves real financial risk. DrawChance helps you understand the math, but how you use that information is entirely your own decision and responsibility.

4. Account rules

If you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information (email address, etc.)
• Keep your password secure and not share your account
• Notify us at contact@drawchance.com if you believe your account has been compromised
• Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use DrawChance for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to access, scrape, or extract data from the Service in unauthorized ways
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce the platform's software
• Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the Service without our written permission
• Transmit any content that is harmful, abusive, or unlawful via the contact form or other inputs
• Impersonate DrawChance or misrepresent DrawChance's tools or results

6. Premium subscriptions

Premium plans (monthly and lifetime) provide additional features as described on the pricing page. By purchasing a premium plan:

• Monthly plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date
• Lifetime plans are a one-time purchase with no renewal
• We do not offer refunds on digital subscriptions unless required by law
• Cancellation of a monthly plan stops future billing but does not refund the current period
• We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove premium features with reasonable notice

Payment is processed by Stripe. DrawChance does not store your payment card details.

7. Affiliate links

Some pages on DrawChance (including our Best Poker Tools and Best Gambling Books pages) contain affiliate links. If you purchase through these links, we may earn a commission. This does not affect the price you pay, and our editorial opinions are not influenced by affiliate relationships.

8. Intellectual property

All content, tools, design, and code on DrawChance are owned by DrawChance and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from DrawChance's content without express written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you submit (simulation notes, etc.). By submitting content to DrawChance, you grant us a limited license to store and display it for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

DrawChance is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that mathematical calculations will be free from errors. Probability calculations are as accurate as we can make them but should not be relied upon for financial decisions.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DrawChance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including gambling losses — arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any probability calculation or simulation result. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms periodically. We will note material changes on this page with an updated date. Continued use of DrawChance after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with new terms, your option is to stop using the Service and close your account.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be handled in good faith first. If that fails, disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction applicable to the operator's place of business.
